I gotta say
I’m feeling opening day like xmas
it means spring is here and that summer is on its way
it is the backdrop of nearly every evening
from april through october
i’ve believed in nothing my entire life
but I believe in baseball.

Do people not understand what booing means in philadelphia? It’s not this cruel thing that errybody seems to think it is. I booed jim thome at the first game I saw him at b/c he only hit a double. I mean, for fucks sake, get a sense-a-humor.
